Have No Idea What James is Talking About.
Really, I have no idea what James Thornton is talking about in his review.This product works great - I have been using it for about 4 years, and the author is quite aware of it's limitations and produces incremental updates on a regular basis.Yes, you are limited (through initial start-up) to the size you want to download, but beyond that, the interface is quite simple to figure out.Upon launching, you need to log into Flickr. Then you just type a keyword for the search, and voila, everything pops up. A window with all the images will appear where you can select one or all (or all the pages) to download to your computer - very easy and simple.It's not an editor, just a basic down loader.
Pros: Save large files.
Preview of images to down load.
Small installation.
Cons: Web based.
Thumbnails are not sizeable.
Can be slow.
